I've lived in Atlanta for 22 years now, and there is still a bunch of things, places, events I have yet to experience. I should have explored more in my college days and in my 20s, but I was too busy breastfeeding. So now that I'm in my 30s, I try to find things to do that I would enjoy without compromising my 9pm bedtime. La Fête du Rosé Festival is one of the events that fits me perfectly, and let me tell you why:

1. The title says it all. Anything with a hint of French, I'm there! La Fête du Rosé is a Festival that celebrate Möet & Chandon Rosé along with other wines and champagnes from their collection. I'm such a light weight when it comes to drinking, but I can sip on Rose!!! It's so light and smooth, until it sneaks up on you lol. It's such a classy champagne.
2. It's an outside daytime event. This year's event was at Piedmont Park. They section it off so it's private. It starts right around noon and goes on all afternoon, which is perfect if you have other Saturday engagements, or if you're like me, can't wait to crawl back in bed at a descent time.

3. It's a picture perfect event. Their setup is amazing! They create unique flower walls that are different every year. The theme is white and pink, so everyone is in unison. The banners, champagne towers and games set ups are all around so you have great opportunities to get a different shot as you move through out the festival. Their VIP section is so fancy and elegant with the private bar, elaborate seating areas, hors d'oeuvres, and staff. This is an Influencer "dream come true" type of event!
4. The music! Atlanta is known for good music, so the host make brought out the best DJs, MCs, and musicians. The DJs were really good at selecting appropriate song choices without killing the fun vibe! They take you through a range of current and old school selections that keep you dancing from song to song. You will be singing along the entire time.

So to ensure that you have an amazing time, make sure to check out the FAQ page on the Fête du Rosé site to know exactly what to expect. In addition to that, here are my Dos and Don'ts:
DOs
1. Arrive on time. The event has sold out every time thus far. Come early and walk the grounds, purchase your items, set your picnic area, etc. Arriving early also gives you the time to take fab pictures without waiting for other people to snap shots.
2. Wear comfy shoes! Once the Rose kicks in, you will want to dance if off. So get cute, but get ready to get loose.
3. Dress to Impress, or come casual, it's totally up to you. It's such a friendly event, you will not feel out of place if you didn't plan your look a year in advance. If you do dress up, you will have a lot of fun, but make sure you are ready for HOTLANTA weather.

DON'Ts
1. DON'T MISS IT lol! This festival is so much fun. The diversity of people is amazing. It's so chill and fun at the same time. Bring BAE (it's a wonderful date situation).
2. Don't bring your house in a bag. If you have an outfit with big pockets, that would be ideal. You just want to slide your phone, ID, credit card, and lip gloss in your pocket, and party the day away. No need for picnic blankets either as they have their own as part of your ticket purchase.
I can't wait until the next Festival. If you decide to come, please let me know as I love to meet people from my internet world! xoxo
