Ready, Set, Print!

Ready, Set, Print!

Okay! So school is back in session, and I'm able to catch the light at the end of my chaotic tunnel. The First Day of school  is like New Year's Day for moms. We are now able to get some quiet time to THINK, clean, and reset. This is also a time for me to get back into my print addiction. I search high and low for prints that reflect my personality and cultural background or prints that I simply love.

I hit the jackpot with this one. I wanted an African print that was tribal but not too busy. The small geometric pattern and its size was perfect! I always try to find small patterns like this one when I'm making a full outfit like this one. A duster and pants set is a complete outfit, and it's one of my favorite ways to dress up! It's so comfy and easy! Throw on a solid top underneath, and you're done!

I love sets so much because you can break them up to create several outfits out of them. This duster is a bold piece on its own. So I just threw on some basics out of my closet to compliment this look. Black thigh high boots to elongate my legs and create height, and a solid black top to keep the focus on the duster.

But wait! There's more lol. The high waist wide leg pants are my go-to when I want to look like I put effort into my look while not compromising in the comfort zone. I've made so many wide let pants in different pants because I love them so so much! So again, a little shoulder and mid drift action, and a whole lot of pants for the win!
